James & Samuel Suites
These second story units are 500 square feet in size. They are fully air conditioned and feature a fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary appliances. The open concept living room has a fire place, a flat screen smart TV, and a sofa that folds down into a bed. Off the living area is a balcony with seating area for 2-4 people. Washroom features a large walk-in shower as shown above. The separate bedroom has with a queen bed, dresser/closet, flatscreen smart TV, as well as a Juliette balcony. Prices shown below.

Tess & Brooklyn Suites
These units are 500 square feet in size and are located on the main level of the Clark house. Both of these Suites face the Fairholm grounds where our beautiful gardens and new pergola are located. These units are open concept and feature a fully stocked kitchen off of the living area. The living area has a flat screen smart TV, a fireplace, a sofa + chairs, as well as a faux-armoir murphy bed that comfortably sleeps two people. Off the living area is the washroom and bedroom. The washroom features a large walk-in shower as shown above. The private bedroom has a king bed, a dresser/closet, and a flat screen smart TV. Prices shown below.

Reginald & Bernard Suites
Our Reginald Suite is on the main level of the Clarke House and is our largest unit at 700 square feet. This open concept suite has a large living area with a sofa, two chairs, a fire place, and a flat screen smart TV. There is also a faux armoire Murphy Bed in the living area that folds down and comfortably sleeps two. Just off the living room there is a full washroom (includes walk-in shower) as well as a washer + dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances and has a large counter for food prep/eating space. Off the kitchen/living area is a private bedroom with a king bed, closet/dresser, and a flat screen smart TV. Attached to the bedroom is a private washroom with large walk-in shower and spa-style tub.
Our Bernard Suite is on the second level of the Clark House and is 600 square feet in size. This open concept suite has a kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances + large counter space for food prep/dining. The living area has a sofa, two chairs, a fireplace, flat screen smart TV, and a faux armoire murphy bed that folds down to comfortable sleep two people. Off the living area there is a balcony that can seat up to 4 people. There is one washroom in the Bernard suite that has both a walk-in shower and a spa-style tub. This suite has a private bedroom with a dresser/closet, flat screen smart TV, and a king sized bed. Prices for both suites shown below.
