The secluded location combined with the peaceful historic surroundings of Fairholm Inn & Properties offer the perfect destination for small events, weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, celebrations and dinners. The history and charm of the properties provide a beautiful and magical atmosphere, and the proximity to downtown enables convenient access to dining, entertainment and shopping.
Fairholm Inn and Hilhurst Inn's Grand Rooms (dining rooms and parlours) provide a beautiful historic setting for your event while the Carriage House Boardroom provides a modern alternative. The huge outdoor lighted pergola, patio, stone walkways, propane fire pit and lush gardens with comfortable lounge furniture, offer a beautiful outdoor venue and an extension to your event during the summer and fall months.
Available Amenities
Based on your needs, we can provide you with costs in an all inclusive pricing model. You pay to rent the venue and the use of anything we have available, including the following:

Pergola and grounds, lounge furniture, fire pit and black wooden folding chairs in desired format setup by Fairholm staff and dismantled by Fairholm staff.

Washroom in lower level of Carriage House (close to Pergola area).

Grand Rooms with lounge furniture, tables and chairs in desired format setup by Fairholm staff and dismantled by Fairholm staff.

Coffee/tea machine in Grand Room.

Main washroom in main Inn.

Kitchen facilities for use by caterer and serving staff (full kitchen, equipment, appliances).

White fine porcelain dishes.

Premium 18/10 stainless steel cutlery.

Glassware.

Linens – we have 12 rectangular white tablecloths for use. An unlimited number of white or black tablecloths and napkins can be rented at an additional charge.

Coat rack and hangers.

Candleabras (4 with 4-5 candle receptacles).

Clear glass candle holders and tealight candles.

Large classic stainless steel containers to hold chilled beverages (4).

Stainless steel ice buckets to hold ice for beverages (4).
The client must arrange and negotiate services directly with providers for anything additional, including such things as catering, servers, flowers, decorations, music, photography, videography, hair and makeup. The Fairholm Marketing and Events Manager can provide referrals for each item. Anything is possible and we have access to a wide array of items. Coordination of rental items can be done by the Fairholm Marketing and Events Manager.
Accommodations
You and your guests can further enhance your experience by combining your event with an overnight stay in one of our elegant suites. There are 22 accommodation rooms available onsite. All rooms feature queen or king beds, private baths, fireplaces, wireless Internet and lots of character. A full hot breakfast is included in the accommodation room rate, based on double occupancy. Fairholm Inn’s seven elegant historic suites are available year-round, available for use by up to 17 guests. The Carriage House offers six modern, fully furnished apartment–style units with fully stocked kitchens, ideal for extended stays and families. The newly acquired Hillhurst Inn offers nine newly-renovated historic suites.
