Welcome to the Carriage House, Fairholm’s newest addition to its two acre property. The dream of the Carriage House finally became a reality after years of planning and meeting heritage guidelines. The Carriage House is a 6 unit "all suite" building situated where Fairholm’s original carriage house used to stand, it welcomed its first guests in June, 2014.  All units have separate entrances, full kitchens, private decks or patios and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. We have also recently added a beautiful pergola and fire pit that is accessible for guests of both Fairholm and the Carriage House.
