COMING SOON ... There will be a new way to experience the rich history and elegance of Fairholm. Situated on the property and abandoned for many years the old cellar will soon be our newest completed renovation. A stand alone, arched brick underground structure most likley used for cold food storage before the days of electricity and refridgeration. We are transforming this old bunker into a quaint wine celler that will be accessed underground via a brick tunnell hidden behind a secrete passage from the Carriage house banquet room. This will open up lots of possibilities such as private or group wine tastings, intimate diners, or a very unique business meeting.
